Sarri has been under huge pressure at Chelsea. After his dismal performances and a humiliating 6-0 loss to Manchester City, his job has been on the line. If things do not get better at Chelsea, Sarri could be sacked and replaced.

Today, you will find out five possible coaches who could replace Sarri at Chelsea.

1. Frank Lampard

It was always predicted that club legend Frank Lampard to return to Chelsea as manager, now could just be the time.

The former Blues midfielder currently manages Derby County and has made an impressive start at Derby County.

Lampard is a fan favourite and would be welcomed by the Chelsea fans. However, he is still an upcoming manager, and this could be a premature move

2. Gianfranco Zola

Gianfranco Zola is another club legend that Chelsea could turn to if they want to replace Sarri. Zola is a current role at Chelsea as Sarri’s assistant. Hence, the obvious choice to take up the mantle at Chelsea is if Sarri is sacked prematurely.

3. Jose Mourinho

After his recent sacking by Manchester United, Mourinho could return back to Stamford Bridge.

Jose Mourinho has already coached Chelsea twice and won three Premier League titles in total. Even though he nastily left the Blues, he remains a legend to many Chelsea fans and could surprise us with a third spell at Chelsea.

4. Diego Simeone

Diego Simeone is widely considered as one of the most outstanding coaches in Europe.

During his eight years at Athletico Madrid, he has transformed them into a top Spanish football powerhouse capable of challenging Barcelona and Real Madrid for Liga titles.

His methods and coaching philosophy would easily fit into Chelsea. Diego Simeone has always been loyal to Athletico, so it would be hard for any team to lure him out.

5. Luis Enrique

Luis Enrique was linked to the Chelsea job at the start of the season, so it won’t be a surprise if he is considered as a replacement for Sarri.

The former Barça coach won a treble in his first season at Camp Nou, and then the double in his second. He has good player management skills and expects his team to work hard.

If Chelsea decides to relieve Sarri of his services who do you think will replace him?
