3 ways to improve confidence in Sarawak football

It is no secret that the confidence of fans when it comes to Sarawak football is dwindling by the day.
The off-field events have somewhat caused many fans to question the management of the Football Association of Sarawak, and the poor results produced by Sarawak FA on the field are not helping.
With that in mind, these are three suggestions on how the management of the Football Association of Sarawak can improve things and win back fans to back the team.
Improve professionalism within the Football Association of Sarawak
Many of Sarawak football fans either have heard or know a thing or two about how the Football Association of Sarawak is managed. They may have heard it from social media, or from ‘those in the know’. Honestly speaking, the rumors going around are not positive and hence the need for the Football Association of Sarawak to start working to improve the situation by being better when it comes to professionalism. There needs to be proper accountability and transparency within the Football Association of Sarawak for this to happen. If this happened, fans would see there is true change and would slowly come back behind the team.
Hire a PR agency to take care of public relations
In this world, doing good without anyone knowing it is almost like you did nothing. Therefore, the Football Association of Sarawak needs to hire a professional Public Relations Agency to help them manage their social media accounts, as well as what should and shouldn’t be done in the eyes of the public. Contrary to popular belief, handling social media and public perception is no easy task, and you can’t just hire any ‘Tom, Dick and Harry’ to do it. If the Football Association of Sarawak had a professional PR agency behind them, they can avoid a lot of embarrassing statements and situations while winning the fans back.
Start producing results on the field
A football team needs to start producing results on the field in order to survive. It needs to win championships because nobody wants to always be the loser in any competition. The Football Association of Sarawak needs to find a formula which could ensure Sarawak FA wins something every season because doing so will ensure their fans base would grow.
