Jose Mourinho

The footballing world has missed the mercurial and controversial Portuguese manager. Which clubs could he join this summer?

Jose Mourinho is going to return to coaching this summer, and we all can’t wait to see the ‘special one’ back in the touchline.

Mourinho was sacked by Manchester United months ago after reportedly falling out with the players and having poor results. Since his sacking from Manchester United, he has been attracting a lot of potential new teams to manage.

Here are five possible clubs that Mourinho club could go to.

1. Bayern Munich

The Bundesliga club has not been particularly good in Europe in recent seasons. Hiring the services of Mourinho would make sense. He is a two-time European champion and can definitely lead the German team to victory in Europe.

2. FC Porto

Mourinho won his first Champions League with underdogs FC Porto in 2004, and could possibly make a return to the Portuguese side. He will feel welcome at Porto and have more control in the dressing room.

3. Paris St. Germain

PSG are in need of a title-winning coach, a coach who is capable of winning trophies in Europe. Thus, Mourinho would be the perfect man to take over the helms at PSG.

Another reason why Mourinho would be interested in Joining PSG is because he will have the freedom to demand for signings, something he complained about not having at Manchester United.

4. Inter Milan

Jose Mourinho was the man who last won the Serie A and Champions League for Inter Milan. He could be tempted to return to the Italian club, with whom he won an unprecedented treble. Inter Milan had a mixed season and will be willing to hire the services of Mourinho.

5. Everton

If Mourinho is to make a shocking return to the English Premier League, then his likely destination would be Everton. Some reports claim that Mourinho has been linked with a managerial position at Everton.
