Adnan Januzaj

If there’s one set of football players we love most, it would be skillful footballers.

Skillful football players can easily win our admiration and praises. A few of the most skillful football players play in the top clubs. However, many talented dribblers often languish in modest club sides and are hugely underpaid and underappreciated.

We will be finding out a few of such players. Players, who are incredibly skilled, yet are not getting the recognition or salary they probably deserve.

5. Adnan Januzaj (Real Sociedad)

Kicking off on our list is Adnan Januzaj,  the former Manchester Unites winger. Januzaj is no doubt a very talented player, he is one of the most skillful football players in La Liga and has been impressive for Real Sociedad this season.

4. Sofiane Boufal (Celta Vigo)

The Moroccan international has the highest dribbles per game in the La Liga this season. He also has scored three goals and provided three assists. Boufal is so good at dribbling and taking on defenders, but he is underrated and maybe underpaid.

3. Allan Saint-Maximin (Nice)

Allan Saint-Maxim has been a revelation in the French Ligue this season. The 22-year-old attacker is one of the most skillful players in Europe, with an astonishing average of 4.2 successful dribbles per game.

However, for a player of his talent, he is playing at Nice. He will be paid a better salary if he moves to a bigger club in Europe.

2. Hatem Ben Arfa (Rennes)

Hatem Ben-Arfa is arguably the best dribbler in Europe; he has played for a lot of clubs but has never seemed to flourish. Ben-Arfa is, without doubt, an uber-talented player; he boasts of a wide range of skills and can comfortably beat any defender.

1. Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace)

Zaha is another former Manchester United player on our list. The Ivorian winger has scored nine goals and assisted three in the Premier League this season, but his most impressive data is his dribbling stats.

He has averaged 3.3 successful dribbles per game. Zaha should definitely be paid more based on his tremendous skills and talent. Many top European clubs will be chasing him this summer; so hopefully, he will get to join a better club.
